Subscriber Responsibilities
Effective financial planning requires active participation and honest communication from subscribers.
- Provide accurate and complete financial information during consultations
- Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Pay subscription fees promptly according to the agreed billing schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of consultation content and respect intellectual property rights
Service Limitations
Our services have specific parameters and certain uses are not permitted under this agreement.
- Sharing consultation content or recommendations with third parties for commercial purposes
- Recording consultation sessions without prior written consent
- Using our services for illegal activities or regulatory violations
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our analytical methods or proprietary processes
Intellectual Property Rights
All consultation materials, analytical frameworks, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Fovexaridano and are protected under Malaysian copyright law.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our materials is prohibited and may result in service termination and legal action.
Privacy and Data Handling
We are committed to protecting your personal information and financial data in accordance with Malaysian privacy laws and professional standards.

Service Disclaimers
Financial planning involves inherent uncertainties and our services are provided with specific limitations and exclusions.
No Performance Guarantees
We provide professional guidance based on current information and best practices, but cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or results.
Liability Limitations
Our liability for service-related issues is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages arising from market conditions or individual financial decisions.
Subscriber Indemnification
Subscribers agree to indemnify Fovexaridano against claims arising from misuse of services, violation of terms, or provision of false information during consultations.
Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Process
Service disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Kuala Lumpur using English language and Malaysian commercial arbitration rules.

Subscribers may also access alternative dispute resolution through industry mediation services before pursuing formal arbitration.

Service Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to completion of ongoing consultation commitments.
Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to the effective termination date.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for matters not resolved through arbitration.
Agreement Severability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
Terms Modifications
